Buildings and Grounds Committee: Responsible for inspecting and maintaining parish properties. Maintains an inventory of all parish equipment and furnishings. Plans for future expansions. Develops guidelines for using parish facilities. Maintains a list of parishioners with skills to address various maintenance tasks. Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month ( usually ) at 7:00 p.m. The average time commitment is 2-4 hours per month. Chair: Bruce Smith
Parish Office Assistance: Assistants are needed to help with typing, answering the phone, copying, filing, mailings and various other duties as the need arises. This work is done during normal office hours from 9 AM until 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The time commitment is flexible, depending on your availability and the office workload at any point in time. Safe Environment Committee: This group meets four times a year—the first Sunday of every third month at 7:30 PM in the Parish Hall. Contact: Marty Moran, 798-5039. |
